Designing and producing a custom product requires sampling.
Our process ensures materials and the assembly are fully tested before mass production, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

The Process > Step by Step

Step 1
Book a discovery call where we will discuss your requirements

Step 2
We’ll submit a proposal which will either involve a design fee (approx $2500USD) or a production cost (if you know what you want).
1 to 3 days

Step 3
Artwork, design files and materials will be submitted for your approval.
A visit to our showroom is worthwhile at this stage.
3 to 5 days

Step 4
Physical pre-production samples are submitted for approval.
5 to 12 days

Step 5
Mass production is arranged based on approved samples. Our teams keep you update you on the progress.
Mass production materials are tarnish tested before hand assembly.
25 to 60 days

Step 6
Transportation to our or your warehouse is arranged before final delivery to store via road, air, rail or sea
5 to 60 days

The above process can typically take anywhere from 2 - 6 months depending on how much new-product-development is required.
