WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
We don’t have a minimum order. But we typically work with clients who spend over 6 figures on packaging per annum.
As a result we are able to produce smaller qty’s on a project-by-project basis providing that it is part of a larger service offering.
But for competitive pricing we would always advise to produce more than 5000 units per SKU otherwise the unit cost will be significantly higher.

Quotations – 1 day
Artworking - 2 days
White Samples - 2 days
Digital Samples - 4 days
Pre-Production Samples – 10 – 21 days
Mass Production – 25 – 60 days
Airfreight – 3 days
Shipping - 45 days
WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE?
80% of our productions are done in South China where we vigorously control the supply chain from material sourcing to mass production.
20% is done in Europe and Vietnam.
DO YOU OWN YOU FACTORIES?
As part of the Carton Group GmbH, there are 6 factories within the group. Wrapology does not directly own any factories but has strategic partnerships with factories and material suppliers that enables us to offer very competitive pricing, excellent quality and supply chain risk management.
DO YOU PROVIDE STORAGE?
Yes. We have distribution centres throughout Asia, Europe and America where we can store, pick and pack your packaging.
DO YOU MAKE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS?
Throughout our product range, we offer the latest in sustainable materials and production methods. If and when required we can provide third party certifications that cover the latest in sustainable
HOW DO YOU CONTROL THE QUALITY?
We have a documented quality control process and specialist quality control engineers who do in line and post QC inspections. We can also arrange third party quality inspections.
