Concept to Creation
-
Packaging Design Deck
We worked with jewelry brand LUAH to understand their requirements in detail. From sustainable plastic-free packaging to in-store packaging, e-comm packaging and point of sale units.
-
Mass Production
From the design deck, we create working prototypes in our workshop in China and send to your brand to review. This process refines the final design ensuring the product is fit-for-purpose before mass production.
Our Factory
Since 2015, Wrapology (Shenzhen) Ltd. has been manufacturing and exporting packaging for brands in over 83 countries.
Our factory specializes in the production of complex structures that use multiple materials (e.g. paper, fabric and wood) to create sustainable packaging products for brands.
Working closely with our partners in Hong Kong and U.K., the facilities focus on skilled hand workers who use the latest technology and print techniques to achieve high quality at an affordable cost.
Tactile Branding
Create an unboxing experience for your brand. From the latest in sustainable jewelry packaging to e-commerce, we’ve got you covered.
We know the packaging is the final touchpoint for the customer and for many online brands, it's the only physical interaction they have with their consumer. Therefore, it’s critical to create not only a beautiful box but a complete unboxing journey that instills your brand’s core values every step of the way.
Our world-class archive of materials, print techniques and structures ensures there is no shortage of ideas for you to work with. From eco-friendly boxes to complex fitments, our design team has a proven track record of delivering stunning unboxing experiences for your watch packaging both online and in-store.
By choosing Wrapology as your watch packaging supplier, we’ll work to develop a complete range across multiple items using a combination of materials delivering a tactile experience that your consumers will love.
Development to Production
We provide box structures constructed from either paper, wood or plastic as well as biomass plastic. All sizes are custom made depending on the dimensions of the jewellery. Typically we can make a recommendation on size after an initial consultation.
The box is then wrapped using either paper, fabric or lacquer. Branding/your logo is then printed via a range of print techniques including foiling, spot U.V, deboss/emboss and offset. We have specialist jewelry printing machines in our workshop to transfer logos onto the boxes due to the delicate and intricate nature of the packaging.
Inside the box, the jewellery will be held secure via a fitment that could be made from card, foam, card wrapped in fabric, a pouch or even a moulded paper pulp.
Once the bill of materials is established, we will produce a sample for you to review and approve. Typically a second and third round of samples is required to “fine-tune” the design before mass production.
