Spot U.V Carrier bags

Spot U.V coatings can be applied over ink printed on paper carrier bags and dried by exposure to UV radiation. UV coatings can be formulated up to 100% solids so that they have no volatile component that contributes to pollution. High solid levels also allows for the coating to be applied in very thin films. UV coatings can be formulated to a wide variety of gloss or matt ranges. UV coating can be applied via most conventional industrial coating applications as well as by silkscreen.

Typically clients chose to have spot U.V applied to their logo or emblem. Alternatively you can spot U.V a pattern around the bag for a subtle, sophisticated look and feel.

Spot U.V is cost effective on larger volumes but should be avoided on small runs of 3000 pieces. You can also choose to have embossing or foil printing
onto your printed carrier bag.
