Non Woven Carrier Bag

Non woven fabric is a fabric-like material made from long fibres, bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat or solvent treatment. The term is used in the textile manufacturing industry to denote fabrics, such as felt, which are neither woven nor knitted.

Non woven carrier bags are popular because of the low cost of producing these bags. They are light, relatively strong and can be re-used.

They can usually be foiled or screen printed which means that the artwork should be relatively simple and CMYK images are not recommended.

A non-woven carrier bag is likely to cost less than a luxury paper carrier bags but it will never feel as luxurious.

The non woven material is ideal for bags such as suit carriers or grocery bags. The material can also treated with a lamination or varnish to make it feel stronger or feel more premium.
